Toby Barbour has responsibilities within the Marketing team at Sony Australia for the company's strategic direction across four main areas: TV marketing, branded retail channel, technology communications and strategic partnerships. His goal is to hardwire the needs of the Sony consumer into the heart of every part of the business. Barbour joined Sony Australia in 2006 from Olympus where he was Sales & Marketing Director. Here Toby was responsible for developing the company's brand, product offering and distribution to market. During his time at Olympus, Barbour drove both the market share and brand awareness to significant heights. Prior to his time at Olympus, Barbour was National Sales Manager at Polaroid.
