Nicole is a Brand Strategist with 15 years experience in positioning, communications and innovation for some of Australia's leading brands. She leads the Client Services Team for Research International Melbourne. She has worked as a Senior Communications Planner for Clemenger BBDO on brands such as NAB and HBA, has developed strategy for the premium beer and wine portfolios within the innovation and strategy group at Fosters Group and prior to this was Head of Insights for Mars within both confectionary and pet food.

Throughout this time Nicole has been exposed to the latest thinking in brand and communication development and has taken a particular interest in innovation and new product development.
